Graphics Card with HDMI output that carries audio also?

My LCD TV does not have VGA input. It only has HDMI and Component Video (RGB). So I'm looking for a graphics processor that will send audio and video to my TV via HDMI. Else, is there a graphics card that outputs Component Video (RGB)?

You can hook up your sound card's audio-out to the TV by using an audio cable that has a stereo-mini-plug on one end and two RCA plugs on the other end. Your LCD TV has separate audio inputs exactly for this purpose.|||Graphics card will not output audio over HDMI. A lot will output over component; some 8 series cards come with the adapters. If not, you can buy a DVI > RGB cable.
