50pts!!! What video card should i buy around $100 that includes an HDMI ouput with audio and a DVI output?? TY?

Im looking to get a video card with my i7 processor so i can pretty much play any game out there... Modern Warfare 2, GTA IV, NFS Shift... I also watch many Blu-Ray movies and do some video/picture editing... normal slot (ex PCI) and around 100$

ALL HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!|||GT 220 appears to be a marginal mainstream gaming card. Most experts tend to consider the 9600GT or the ATI HD 4670 as minimum for serious gaming.
