Can I output the signal from my video card to another computer to record screen capture?

Ok so I want to capture HD screen footage of one of my computers, but its too much for the computer to run the program and preform the tasks at the same time.



So my video card can output to vga and hdmi. Is there anyway to output the screen to another computer that can then record it?
