Force laptop's GeForce 240M to display on HDMI and VGA output?

I have Acer 5739G with 240M. It has HDMI output and VGA output. With everything plugged in Win 7 sees laptop screen, HDMI monitor, and VGA monitor. but I can't get HDMI and VGA to show at same time. Duplicate or extended. Is there mutliple monitor software that can do this? I know there is stuff to display extended on multiple screens with multiple computers or video cards. Does the video can itself have to support it?|||The GeForce 240M GPU is designed to support only the laptop LCD and one external display at the same time. If you use the HDMI, the VGA is disabled. If you use the VGA, the HDMI is disabled.

No single nVidia GPU can support three monitors until the Fermi-based cards come out in a few months.

There is absolutely NOTHING you can do to get your laptop to run three displays independently at the same time, without buying extra gear like Matrox's TripleHead2Go (which I think is a complete waste of money).
